About Us
Taking the mission of startup India forward, Siddham Innovation and Business Incubation Centre announced the establishment of SIBIC Institute of technology at Kolhapur. The ‘state-of-art’ setup has been constructed with specialized laboratories, Centre of Excellence having specialized skill training test benches. The institute offers certificates, advance diploma, diplomas and degree programs in high growth sectors such as IoT, AI-Agriculture, health-care, hospitality and food technology etc. with multi entry-exit options. The objective of institute is to create ‘Industry ready’, youth who can be gainfully employed or self-employed upon completion of their course. The innovative model of the institute provides entry to all to acquire Innovative practices, knowledge, internship and professional skills. The model has incorporated the strength and best practices of skilling and competencies development system followed in various countries along with characteristics of the Indian ethos and culture. Partnerships with skill knowledge providers (SKPs) for joint curricula development of short term courses, skill training, internship, joint applied research on live startup projects etc. will be undertaken by the SIBIC Incubation and allied partners. Excellence of centres, lab, simulation software’s and training workshops will be created to impart skill and hands-on training.

S.Pitch is a StartUp Pitch Competition focusing on Young Students &StartUp Founders, which encourages them, helps them to present an effective Pitch Deck Presentation, Investor’s Pitch Deck Presentation.
The basic feature of Elliot Youth Community Chapter is to alter their life to make them financially self-dependence. It means that through this chapter youth are trained to become self-reliant economically.
Our career development professionals are on-hand to help you build your portfolio and find jobs that match your skills and aspirations alongside your studies.
We offer career advice and coaching to help you understand the job market and stand out to employers. We run regular skills workshops at each of our centre to give you the preparation you need to make the right impression with potential employers. You'll be required to attend these workshops if you want to apply for a graduate placement. These sessions offer helpful advice and skills training, covering topics such as: • Resume writing • Step-by-step preparation for a job interview • Latest industry developments • Employer presentations • Building portfolio and your LinkedIn profile.
Enhance your academic writing and learning skills with our Academic Skills Development Program. Through practical workshops you will build and develop the skills needed for academic success during your time at university. Each workshop has a different focus and will assist you in your transition to university and we recommend this to all our students.

You can apply for this internship program to help you bridge the gap between university and starting your career.

• Tailored workshops • A career research project • Tips and advice • Support to find the right internship for you.Successful Transition Enhanced by Peers (STEP) Leaders If you are a successful senior student, you can have the opportunity to take part in a leadership scheme known as STEP. As a STEP Leader, your role is to help your fellow students settle into university life through conducting study sessions. In these sessions, you will provide information, support and friendly advice to other students to help them succeed in their studies.
STRIVE is a student leadership program developed by SIBIC that focuses on self-improvement and leadership techniques. If you are already in a leadership position, such as those outlined on this page, you can use STRIVE to study 10 modules at a self-guided pace and gain the skills needed to thrive.
PASS Leaders run voluntary, informal sessions every week, giving you the chance to talk about ideas and concepts relating to your studies. These sessions are useful for discussing course materials, developing organizational skills and preparing for exams, in a friendly and supportive environment. If you wish to become a PASS Leader, you must first successfully complete the subject relating to the study session you intend to run.

You also receive a ‘Certificate of Leadership’, which is a valuable addition to any resume.Peer Discipline Supported Leaders (DSL) is high-achieving students (usually with distinction level Grade Point Average scores) who volunteer to make themselves available to support their peers. Choosing to become a DSL gives you the opportunity to build your problem-solving skills, enhance your communication skills and demonstrate your leadership abilities. At the same time, you are dedicated to supporting your fellow students in their studies.
