Our selection criteria is based upon the Innovations that are having the potential to create large-scale impactful Business and StartUps and thus having the ability to scale feasibly and achieve financial viability.
We look for the following,
1. Do your Innovation have large impactful solution and does it have the capability to scale? 2. What will be the specific issue that your Innovation intends to solve? 3. Have you yourself Discovered/Invented the Solution/Innovation that will solve the Problem? 4. Under what category does your Innovation come under? Product or Service? 5. If Product, then is the Prototype of it Ready? 6. Have you figured out who is your customer and what type of value proposition will you be providing out for them? Have you priced your Product/Service? Has your Product/Service been launched in the market? 7. Is your business plan scalable? Have you checked about the Demand that your Product/Service can fulfill? Will your Product/Service work for other markets, geographies or customers? 8. Are you having Team members that are motivated and passionate? Does your team have the technical expertise needed? Are you aware of the gaps in skills?
